2. Data collected by our plugins
Our plugins:
- do not collect, store, or transmit personal data
- do not send any information or images to external servers
- operate entirely on your local machine inside Adobe software
We do not use analytics, tracking scripts, cookies, or remote logging in any of our plugins.
3. Data collected by Adobe
When you use any Adobe-based plugin, Adobe may collect usage data and diagnostic information according
to its own Terms and Privacy Policy. This data is controlled by Adobe, not by Rare Candy.

4. Contacting us
If you contact us directly (for example, via email), we may receive information such as your name, email
address, and any technical details you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your request
and improve our products.
5. Data retention
Support emails may be stored for up to 3 years for troubleshooting and reference, after which they may
be deleted or archived.
6. Your rights
If you wish to have any information you provided to us deleted, you can contact us at
abel@rarecandy.nl. We will remove the data unless we are required by law to keep it.
7. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page along with a
new “Last updated” date.
